PRESENTATION

The Marmot's Sleep application is a complimentary resource developed by healthcare professionals to assist parents in understanding and managing their children's sleep disorders, particularly obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSA). The application aims to improve breathing and promote healthier sleep patterns in children, thereby supporting their overall growth and well-being.

Guided by Martin the marmot, children are introduced to the complexities of OSA through an engaging and nurturing environment. The app educates young users about symptoms, treatment options, and the medical practitioners they might encounter throughout their journey. Key to its design are daily exercises focused on tongue and throat rehabilitation, which are essential for enhancing respiratory function.
